Yes, if we haven't started printing. Email us within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and the change you want.

All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Everything is processed securely at checkout.

Every mini is printed to order. Printing and hand-finishing takes 3–7 business days, then shipping usually takes 2–5 business days in the US.

Yes, we ship to most countries. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Use the Track Your Mini page with your order number and email, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom builds are made just for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive damaged or incorrect. See Returns & Refunds.

Sorry about that! Send a photo to us through the contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you.

Our minis are 3D printed in durable PLA+ and PETG, then hand-finished and assembled in our workshop.

Minis are collectible display models. They contain small parts and aren't intended for children under 14.

The builder only shows upgrades that fit the mini you're configuring, so anything you can pick will fit.

Most custom builds take 2–3 weeks from approval to shipping, depending on detail.
