30-day returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Custom builds
Minis built with your chosen colors and upgrades are made just for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Damaged or wrong item
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
